At DroneFly, we want to ensure your aerial adventures are seamless; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your equipment in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your DroneFly account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack the drone, accessories, and manuals in the original manufacturer's packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit and meet our resale standards.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware and flight logs, we will process your refund or exchange back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
